1. 维修爬梯
在不影响机器人轨迹和其他部件干涉的情况加，加装维修爬梯，方便维护人员检修。
Maintenance ladder is installed to facilitate maintenance personnel to inspect without affecting the robot's trajectory and interfering with other components.
2. 快拆锁扣
传动部件的保护罩采用快拆锁扣，锁扣部件A固定在支撑结构上，锁扣部件B固定在直角保护罩上；锁扣可调节，避免盖板受力不均。
The protective cover of the transmission component adopts a quick-release lock. The lock component A is fixed on the support structure, and the lock component b is fixed on the right-angle protective cover; the lock is adjustable to avoid uneven force on the cover.
3. 可视窗检修
所有轴承、同步轮位置具备可视窗，材料为透明亚克力板，采用插入方式，方便拆卸。

Problem Description
激光焊接的过程中为了保证焊接时工艺参数要求，在焊枪头部及夹具翻转夹爪部位均增加循环冷却水系统，降低焊接时的工件表面温度。因为空气湿度比较大时，激光焊接冷却部件上会产生冷凝水，导致焊接机器人报错停线、加速设备腐蚀及焊缝处产生气泡等质量问题。

When the air humidity is high, condensation water will be generated on the laser welding cooling parts, causing the welding robot to report an error and stop the line, accelerating equipment corrosion, and bubbles in the weld, etc.

在原有百叶窗进风口处加装除湿吸附装置，采用化学滤料作为干燥剂，模块化装填，吸附进风空气中的水分子，降低进风湿度。
吸附材料以碱金属硅铝酸盐作为基材，静态水吸附≥22%，具有非常好的吸附性能及良好的油污附着力，对人体和生态无不良影响。
